I was fighting to lose weight and
wanted to lose weight eating a naturally diet food
in a nutritional way. I think I looked at every
fad diet known to man, with the intentions of
losing the unwanted belly fat that I had
accumulated. I went through different rituals,
thinking that doing so would help get the weight
off, only to be disappointed. I even went through
rigorous exercising, thinking the weight would
come off, only to find when it did, the weight
came back on.I was about to give up, thinking that
I would never lose weight, no matter what method
I'd try. Maybe this is your thinking as well. Just

I was about 35 when after a EKG
test found that I had a slight (very slight)
case of angina
(unusual heart rhythm). Here I was running 4
miles, 5 days a week in about 20-25 minutes. My
doctor back than gave me some blood pressure meds
and within a few weeks, I couldn’t run around the
block! The blood pressure meds slowed my
metabolism down and then caused me to put on about
40 lbs over the next year!
You may not believe this, but I was skinny, and
felt like I was in in-destructible health. I
weighed 165 lbs. for almost 30 years and then
after a year on blood pressure meds I gained so
much weight I looked and felt terrible! I was
embarrassed to show my face.
My doctor told me to lose the weight or die. So I
went on a strict diet and lost about 20lbs in just
a few weeks. I was really doing it. However, it
did not last. Within a month, I was back to the
weight I had lost before. Why? Because of my
bad eating habits! After nearly 20 years of
ups and downs, I realized what it was I had to do
. . . I had to burn more calories than I
consumed!
And . .
. since I like to eat, I had to find a
nutritional diet combined with some sort

After all the
research and experiments, Eat
To Live was what I needed
for an eating naturally diet to help me lose
weight. I also found what type of exercises
would help me as well. I was tired of seeing

By the way, when I
used what I found on myself, not only did I lose
the fat, but I never put it back on again.
