Hey, Lynn here . . . thanks for being here. I want to tell you how I lost over 35 lbs. in just about 4 months with the Fuhrman Diet Plan and his book  Eat To Live. Which was written by none other than nutritarian expert Dr Joel Fuhrmant MD.

First I just want to clarify I will be giving an unrestricted unbiased and honest summary of how Dr Fuhrman’s lose weight diet program worked for me. What you are about to read are the essential details that you need to know before grabbing a copy of the book for yourself.

My Objective – Lose Weight!

When I really got serious about losing weight, I never thought there were ways to lose weight naturally; and, lower cholesterol without having a diet of low-carb and/or low-fat crap (sorry). Plus, I didn’t want to eat any more diet foods that weren’t healthy, or expensive prepared meals that would bankrupt most people.

I wanted a nutritional diet plan to lose fat! I wanted a lose weight diet program that was simply an eating plan of recipes that could help me lose weight. What I found was a true method that worked on burning fat! “Burn More Calories Than You Consume”! Therefore, I set myself a goal of only 1200 calories/day and planned my meals accordingly.

Getting With The Program

Instead of thinking I was dieting and doing something I hated, I did something I loved to do . . . Eat! But at the same time I became healthier and in better shape. I even cleaned out my closet of 30+ years of now to-large-to-fit cloths. I did keep some of the things that had fit me back than which my wife has now called me her sweet retro guy! (Can you tell I’m a bit conservative, frugal, thrifty, prudent, a tight-wad?)

I now eat to live with healthy food and eating plans that continually help me lose weight. I am trying to live the rest of my life pain and medication free!
