Eating Right Is Sometimes Hard To Do
Hey, Lynn here again, and today I want to say that the Fuhrman Diet recommends that in order to have a healthy body and to burning bad fat, exercising is not enough! The best diet food for women is eating the right stuff; and it is the first step to losing weight, and that includes eating a sufficient amount of healthy dietary fats. Fats are an essential part of our cell’s membranes that are throughout our bodies. You can read and hear Dr. Fuhrman as he really goes into this in his videos and books .
When eating healthy foods, the cellular progression will work normally and is the fastest way to burning fat, bad fats! But eating bad diet foods: those that are man-made processed, and chemically treated, the cellular structure will break down from lack of proper nutrition. The cell structure will become impaired and body cells will have to work harder to compensate. Unfortunately, when this happens the immune system is weakened and diseases can take place.
Natural Diet Foods Are Better
Eating naturally diet foods that are good will also help keep the body balanced; as suggested by the Fuhrman Diet. Hormone production is normal. Muscle building occurs at a normal rate and burning bad fat occurs. The vitamins and minerals our body consumes are absorbed and used for enzyme regulation. We don’t eat good foods for various reasons.
- The first reason is because eating right is hard to do. The store sells foods that are processed and full of junk. But they taste so good that we are tempted to buy them.
- The second reason is we were misled for many years to believe that good fats (those that are natural and unprocessed) have been removed from foods or were mixed in with bad foods.
- And the third reason is because we are lazy so we eat out. The restaurants we go to do not use the proper oils to cook with. They always go for the cheapest stuff.
If I wanted to develop a healthy body, I had to learn to eat the right foods. This includes knowing what oils to use in cooking. My last post really goes into the “good and bad Fats” and recommended good diet foods.
